They need to be comparable in service and this review need to reflect either one of these two dealers. First of all, I am impressed with their service. I just stopped by to ask a question about my VW, attempting to obtain a feel for just how much my repair bill was going to be if I dropped it off here instead of a local mom & pop repair shop. 1st factor the service manager said was, "let's take a look." Then he walked out to the vehicle and drove it himself. His recommendation was, surprisingly, "wait until the symptom comes back since it runs just fine now." He quickly earned my trust at that time, not to mention my appreciation for his supply to drive the automobile prior to telling me anything. Then he gave me a sheet of estimated price of the repair. Well, the price is going to be slightly higher than what my local repair shop would charge, but I know I am coming back to him. Not merely for repairs, but to buy my next car at this dealership. Whilst I was there, I took a test drive, and also the sales individual was as courteous. I am sold at their helpfulness.
